Returns
We take a great deal of pride in our service levels and it forms part of our goal to keep our customers happy. If you feel that the level of service you have received from Navmanstore.co.uk is below what you were expecting then we would like to hear about it, so that we can endeavour to put things right. Sometimes things can go wrong with electrical products, although these happen less and less. If they do go wrong we try to make the returns process as painless and as quick as possible. Our policy is simple we provide additional services to you and pass on warranties and guaranties provided by the manufacturers which are in addition to your consumer rights. Our procedures to deal with returns and faulty goods are set out below.
If you wish to return a product purchased from us, you may do so within 7 days of purchasing the product. Please include the order number to enable us to trace the order. We will refund the price of the product, less any delivery costs charged. Products returned for credit must be in unopened original packaging with no damage to the boxes or equipment. Items returned for credit which have been opened, with any damage to internal packaging or wrapping will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge in addition to postage charges. Items returned for credit which have been tested, trialed, or used will be subject to a minimum 25% handling charge. Any items returned with packaging missing or damaged or any other contents such as attachments, remote controls, instruction manuals, data or navigation CD's, unlock codes that are missing or damaged will also be charged to the customer. If any data CD is opened and the seal is broken then this item is not returnable as you have entered into a licensing agreement with the data provider.
